Generalized -Euler Numbers and Polynomials of Higher Order and Some Theoretic Identities

Abstract

We give a new construction of the -Euler numbers and polynomials of higher order attached to Dirichlet's character . We derive some theoretic identities involving the generalized -Euler numbers and polynomials of higher order.
